Young Adult Cancer Survivor Retreat Weekend Apr 09, 2010 - Apr 11, 2010
April 9-11 at NaCoMe Conference Center. Offering fun, laughter, and support for young adults ages 20-35 who are at risk for feelings of isolation during their cancer diagnosis, treatment, and life after treatment, this weekend retreat is free of charge. There will be sessions on relationships, fertility, long-term survivorship issues, jobs and independence, as well as nutrition.

Wine & Pearls, Chattanooga Apr 22, 2010We are honored to be the beneficiary of the inaugural Wine & Pearls, a benefit presented by Parkridge Medical Center and BMW of Chattanooga, on April 22 from 6-9 p.m. This cocktail reception and silent auction offers a “Toast to Hope” in support of Chattanooga area men and women fighting a battle with cancer. BMW of Chattanooga, host of the festivities, will transform its dealership into a laid-back event venue where guests will enjoy the music of the Ben Friberg Trio as well as an impressive wine bar and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Attendees will also have the opportunity to bid on silent auction items such as tempting trips, original art, jewelry, and salon packages. Individual tickets are $75.
